Our client’s complex supply chain relied heavily on accurate planning and forecasting. A lack of visibility, resulting from complicated systems, affected the client’s ability to manage its purchase order lifecycle and execute globally.

Our engineers designed and built a custom, data-powered web platform that enabled the client to monitor, govern, and make informed decisions in supply chain planning and forecasting. 

Designed to integrate into existing systems, the custom platform provided the client’s team with near real-time visibility into their customers’ purchase order lifecycle, and streamlined the order and delivery process across the organization. 

Manufacturing Process Assessment

In addition to retail, the client is a leading manufacturing enterprise, with production facilities spanning the globe. Tied to these facilities was a complex system of processes that depended on troves of data from multiple sources. 

After a full evaluation, Pactera EDGE business process experts verified the need for an extendible data model and data visualization platform that consolidated SAP modules effectively, and provided an organized structure for improving end-to-end lead time analysis. 

Dashboard Development 

Operating on a short timeframe, our experts applied an Agile approach to developing a robust data and process framework for a visualization dashboard. We laid the foundation for the dashboard with a process flow, logistics offer, and production optimization interface. We then developed a visualization platform that integrated the client’s multiple SAP data streams and enabled at-a-glance data analysis.
