Kevin Yu Chairman
Kevin Yu, graduated from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University，majored in EMBA； He has more than 20 years experience in information construction management of large-scale enterprise group and related industrial operation. He served as Executive President Assistant of HNA Group, Vice President and CIO of HNA Tour Group, Chairman of eKing Technology, Chairman of HiLOGICLOUD and other duties.
Kexin Yu, as a practitioner of scientific and industrial development, has made a long-term commitment to utilize frontier technology to explore new business model and eco-technology development, and laid good situation of HNA Group information industry development with strategic integration of technology and industry. Awarded “Excellent Information Manager” by the China Enterprise Information 500 conference. In 2017,He awarded the honorary title as the’ top 20 core leader in driving internet transformation in the Logistic Industry in China’. In 2006, he led a joint venture with Hainan Province and Microsoft to establish Hainan Microsoft Technical Center, which promoted the construction of information technology and rapidly development of the software industry.
During his term of the Chairman of eKing Technology, the team scale grew from hundreds of people to thousands of employees, 10 times revenue growth during 5 years. Eking Technology officially landed NEEQ on Dec.31, 2014. In July 2016, eKing Technology completed 3 billion fixed fund-raising.
Tiak Koon Loh Director
Tiak Koon Loh is Chief Executive Officer of Pactera. He is on the Board of Directors for Pactera. Mr. Loh has been CEO of Pactera from the HiSoft venture since 2006. Since then, he has worked to expand the business globally and building a robust base of multinational clients. Mr. Loh played an instrumental in developing Pactera’s BFSI business in China which is now the #3 IDC ranked player just over a period of 6 years. In addition, he was personally involved in helping UBS shape it’s application development strategy and plan to diversify their offshore delivery into China. Prior to joining HiSoft, Mr. Loh was Corporate Vice President of Hewlett-Packard from 2004 to 2006, responsible for expanding it’s consulting and technology services business in China and Hong Kong. Whilst in HP, he had a dual role as Financial Services Industry Lead for HP Services. Mr. Loh had also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong information technology solutions company Vanda Systems & Communications Holdings, currently known as Hutchison Global Communications Holdings, from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Loh was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini Asia-Pacific between 1998 and 2000. He started his early career with IBM, where he held various management positions in sales and services over a course of 14 years, including senior roles as Managing Director of Services for Lotus Development Asia Pacific. Mr. Loh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
Tony Cui Director
Tony Cui is the Chief Investment Officer of HNA Technology Group. Mr. Cui has been the Chief Investment Officer of HNA Technology Group since May 2017. Since then, he has worked in a number of domestic and foreign financing projects, continue to innovate management and improve efficiency. He has extensive experience in financial management, capital operations and international finance.
Mr. Cui started his career with HNA in 2004. Prior to being the CIO of HNA Technology Group, Mr. Cui held various management positions in HNA Group‘s subsidiaries, such as HNA Capital Group CFO/Deputy CFO, General Manager of Finance Department of Hainan Airlines and Deputy General Manager of Accounting & Finance Department of HNA Group, oversees the Company’s accounting and finance system, ensure the cash flow of the Group is in order. Serving as the CFO of HNA Technology Group, optimizing the financial system and expanding the financing channels of HNA Technology Group.
Beside that, Mr. Cui actively involved in HNA Group’s Massive Project especially related to International M&A Financing such as GE Seaco, NH Hotel, TIP etc. acquisition amount to billions of dollars.
Due to the outstanding performance within HNA Group, Mr. Cui was awarded Lifetime Achievement Award – Financial Management in 2016 by the Group.
Mr. Cui graduated from Xi‘An Jiaotong University in China with Bachelor’s Degree, major in English for Science and Technology. He currently enrolled in EMBA program in Guanghua School of Management at Peking University.
Hayden Gui Director
Male, Chinese, born in 1977. He graduated from Zhejiang University in 1999 and received a bachelor degree in International Trading. In July 1999, he joined Hainan Airlines and successively working in the Marketing, Operations, Administration, and Human Resources Departments. From 2004 to 2007, he served as Deputy General Manager of HR Department and Administration Department of HNA Group. From 2007 to 2012, he held the posts of GM of the HR Department, GM of the Administration Department of Hainan Airlines, and was the GM of the HR & Administration Department of HNA Aviation Group. From 2012 to 2016, he held the posts of President of HNA Express Group, Assistant President of HNA Logistics Group, Chairman & CEO of HNA Cold Chain（NEEQ:831900) and HNA USOLV, Chairman of Shanghai SunRun Supply Chain Management, as well as the Chief Innovation Officer of HNA Logistics Group. At present, he serves as the Chief Operation Officer and the Director of HNA Tech & Logistics Group, as well as the President of HNA Eco Tech Group.
Stone Long Director
Stone Long is Chief Innovation Officer of HNA Tech & Logistics. He has been the CIO of HNA Tech & Logistics from Nov. 2016. Since then, he has been working on promoting digital transition and stimulating innovation through technology, investment, and management insight. Mr. Long played an important role in motivating the innovation drive within HNA Group since joined HNA Cloud technology as Chief Technology Officer at 2015.
Prior to joining HNA, Mr. Long was Pursuit Manager of Critical Facilities in Hewlett Packard China from 2011 to 2015, who led the pursuit team to actively involve in almost every large scale data center Planning/Design/Implementation/Operation project pursuit in China.
Mr. Long is a technology expert with years of experience in large scale data center project and cloud technology who makes contribution to the endeavor to build the ecology within the S&T industry; and a leader who brings creative and frontier skills to support HNA Group business innovation and Sci-tech industry. Mr. Long holds a Master’s Degree in Database from Peking University.
Tao Zhang Director
Cheng-Yaw Sun Independent Director
Cheng-Yaw Sun is the founder of Jiyou Education Technology(Beijing) Co., LTD., aiming to build a system to sustainably promote corporation’s management capacity, as well as to assist the corporation to cross the chasm with their growth. He is also the executive coaching of Center of Leadership and Executive Coaching (CLEC), as well as serves on the board. Sun is also the director and consultant of Taiwan Media Tek Inc. (MTK). Sun had nearly 30 years of experience as a professional executive. In early 2000, he was promoted as the President of HP China. After the merger of HP and Compaq in 2002, Sun was appointed as the Managing Director of HP China and promoted as the Vice-President of HP. In addition to his distinguished achievement, Sun is also the best propagator of “the HP Way” in China. Established at his initiative, HP Business School shared HP’s over 60 years of management experiences with the business executives in China. Under his leadership, HP China was awarded as one of “The Most Respected Companies in China” for four consecutive years since 2002. In 2006, Sun himself was awarded the winner of “CCTV China Economic Person of the Year”. Later in his career, Sun had joined HiSoft Technology International Limited as the chairman after he had retired from HP, and led the company to IPO on NASDAQ a year later (06/2010). In 2012, he founded his own company ZX Talent Development Co. Ltd. ZX talent was officially incorporated into ATA on September 26th, 2013 and operated under ATA. Sun became the CEO of ATA after the merger.
William (Bill) D. Green Independent Director
William D. Green currently serves on the Board of Pactera. Mr. Green also serves on the Board of Directors at McGraw-Hill Financial, EMC, Accumen, Year Up and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Dean College.
Mr. Green was with Accenture for 35 years, and served in various senior leadership positions. Mr. Green was the Executive Chairman of Accenture from 2006 to 2013, and CEO from 2004 to 2010.
Mr. Green has held various senior management roles across most of Accenture’s operating groups during his tenure including: COO of Client Services, Group Chief Executive of Communications & High Tech, and Managing Director of United States of Accenture.
Mr. Green holds BS, MBA and Honorary Doctors of Law Degrees from Babson College
Tiak Koon Loh Chief Executive Officer
Tiak Koon Loh, Chief Executive Officer of Pactera, is a member of the Board of Directors, the Advisory Board and the Management Board.
Mr. Loh has played an instrumental role in developing Pactera’s Banking, Financial Services and Insurance business in China, expanding the company’s global reach, and assisting UBS in shaping its application development strategy to diversify offshore delivery into China.
From 2004 to 2006, prior to joining HiSoft, Mr. Loh was Corporate Vice President of Hewlett-Packard, with responsibility for expanding its consulting and technology services businesses in China and Hong Kong, while also serving in the dual role of HP Financial Services Industry Lead.
Mr. Loh has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong-based information technology solutions company Vanda Systems & Communications Holdings, currently known as Hutchison Global Communications Holdings.
He was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini Asia-Pacific from 1998 to 2000.
Prior to that, he spent the first 14 years of his career with IBM where he held various sales and service management positions, including Managing Director of Services for Lotus Development Asia Pacific.
Mr. Loh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
Zhang Tao Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Zhang Tao, Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Pactera, is a member of the Board of Directors.
Zhang Tao joined the HNA Group since 2004, worked as the head of Finance department in several sub-groups. With his leading financial strategy experience, Zhang Tao helped HNA growing continuously and reached a higher level during his tenure as the finance director. Meanwhile, Mr. Zhang also has several additional senior management posts at HNA Technology, Beijing wisdom finance technology co. LTD and Beijing guochuang quantum investment management co. LTD.
Mr. Tao obtained his MBA and Bachelor of Diplomacy and Economics degree from Peking University.
Katie Jin Chief Human Resource Officer
Katie Jin joined Pactera in 2004. In the years prior, she managed technology solutions and HR departments specifically regarding human resource planning, evaluation of positions, performance assessment, salary management, and employee development.
Ms. Jin is committed to employee development and has led the “Leadership Development Program,” “Managers Training Camp,” “Employees in Action,” and the “Employee Assistance Plan,” among other initiatives.
Her efforts led the company to its selection as “The Best 50 Employers,” an award released by the International Public Management Association for Human Resources, and 51job’s “Best HR Management Companies” list.
Ms. Jin received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Beijing Jiaotong University.
Venkat Rangapuram SVP, GM of NA&EU Business Group, Global Clients
Venkat serves as head of our North America & Europe Business Group for global clients. He joined Pactera in 2015, where he leads a number of large client relationships. Venkcat is focused on redefining global services into a more digital paradigm, aligning with industry trends that shift towards a digital platform-oriented economy. He also leads worldwide expansion of our global delivery network.
Venkat is a passionate and highly motivated leader with over 18 years of experience in managing senior client relationships and solutions delivery. He has in-depth knowledge of the Hi-tech industry and has held senior executive positions at leading IT service firms including Infosys and HCL.
Venkat holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
Arthur Lin GM of NA&EU Business Group, China Market
Arthur serves as head of our North America & Europe Business Group for the China market. He joined Pactera in 2001 and is one of the founding members in establishing and growing key large client accounts for our software testing, globalization and localization businesses.
Arthur is a passionate entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in innovating and building new service offerings and capabilities. With his strong leadership, our ISV globalization and quality assurance business has transformed to an AI-based crowdsourcing and Platform-as-a-Service model. He has held senior executive positions across a range of functions including delivery and operations, business development, and R&D. He is Executive Director of the Translators Association of China and Vice Chairman of the Localization Services Committee of China.
Arthur obtained his Master’s Degree in Automation Engineering from Northeastern University in China.
Minggang Feng EVP, GM of Banking Finance, Securities & Insurance Business Group
Minggang Feng has been with Pactera since 2011. He has more than 15 years of experience in providing innovative solutions to the Chinese banking industry.
Before joining Pactera, Dr. Feng worked for the French IT company, Bull, as Banking Solution Director. He has also served as Vice President of Vanda Group and as Vice President in charge of FSI business at Beida JirdBird.
Dr. Feng received his Doctorate from Saint-Quentin-En-Yveline University in France.
Johnson Sun EVP, GM of China Vertical Industry Business Group
Johnson Sun joined Pactera in February of 2010 and served successively as Vice President, Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President. He leads Pactera’s China Business Group with the exception of BFSI.
China Business Group provides comprehensive IT services including consultation, solutions and implementation to clients in telecommunications, Internet services, manufacturing, high-tech, real estate, aviation, retail and other industries.
Prior to joining Pactera, Mr. Sun was CEO of Horizon Information & Technology Co. Ltd.
Jinsong Li EVP, GM of APAC BUSINESS GROUP
Li Jinsong, who joined Pactera in 1997, is currently in charge of Asia-Pacific business group. The group’s business covers Japan, Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia), Hong Kong and other regions.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Jinsong has made outstanding contributions to the company’s growth and business development, and led the Asia-Pacific business group with remarkable achievements.
Li Jinsong graduated from Dalian Maritime University with a bachelor’s degree in information management.
Jose Martinez SVP, Global Head of Digital Services
Jose Martinez serves as Global Head of Digital Services for Pactera. Under his leadership, Pactera partners with clients to help them navigate the always-changing world of digital technologies and user experience expectations.
Within his organization, Mr. Martinez oversees transformational digital strategy, world class user-experience design, new era technology architecture, front-end and back-end development, and analytics and business intelligence.
Mr. Martinez spent 15 years with Razorfish providing digital solutions to a wide range of clients and serving in various positions within the agency. He opened Razorfish in Brazil, led the NY Strategy and Client Services organizations, and led Growth Practices including Mobile, eCommerce, Marketing Automation, and Product and Service Innovation.
In addition to his experience in digital, Jose spent six years as an investment banker at Citicorp Securities.
He completed his education at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Princeton University.
Tracy Zhou SVP, Shared Services & Operations Center
Tracy joined Pactera in Feb. 2008 as the head of business operations. She is now serving as the head of Shared Service & Operation Center.
After joining the company, Ms. Zhou set up the business operations framework including end to end project operation, sales operation process and continuously improved it. From Dec. 2009, she double hatted as the head of PTA (professional talent acquisition), which becomes the fast growing engine of the Company. From Jul. 2012, Tracy switched her role to take charge of the merge acquisition and integrations, managing all acquisition efforts, the operational integrations after the acquisition, and have led several integrations including the MOE of VanceInfo and hiSoft. From Aug.2013, Tracy took the dual role as the head of investor relations.
Ms. Zhou has over 16 years’ of operation and management experience in IT industry. Prior joining hiSoft, Tracy has been worked in HP China for 10 years, serving different service lines such as consulting, outsourcing, solution business, and taking various management positions. She has rich experience in optimizing operational process, business analysis, and internal control.
Ms. Zhou holds a master degree majoring in enterprise management from Tsinghua University, and a bachelor degree from Beijing Polytechnic University.
Zhang Dongwei SVP, Chief Public Officer
Zhang Dongwei has been with Pactera since 2005. She has more than 10 years of operations and management experience in the technology services industry. She currently serves as Senior Corporate Vice President and Chief Public Officer in charge of marketing, branding & communication, corporate social responsibility as well as public relations and strategic cooperation for the Greater China market.
Martin Ding Chief Operating Officer
Martin Ding joined Pactera in 2017 as COO. Prior to that, he served in key IT business roles for the HNA Group including head of Phase I for the Haikou Meilan International Airport (HAK) information engineering project and several key Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) e-Government initiatives. Mr. Ding established the Information Management Department at HNA Group in 2004, driving informatization strategy as Vice General Manager. In 2007, he set up Hainan Bestchain Information System Co., Ltd., a joint venture between HNA Group, the Hainan Provincial Government and Microsoft that was incorporated into Eking Technology in 2012. Mr. Ding holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Wireless Engineering from Southeast University in China.
